Dust Suppressed Powders
Our dust suppressed powders are either multi- or single-ingredient. They are typically 90% active but can often be substituted 1 for 1 for 100% active powder due to improved dispersion properties. The binder system choice is tailored to be compatible with customer formulations. The dust suppressed powders are an excellent choice for products that are mixed in internal mixers.

Absorbed Liquid Concentrates
Absorbed liquid concentrates are liquids absorbed on an inert carrier. Hard to handle liquids, semi-solids and low molecular weight polymers are converted to free-flowing powders that are easily weighed. They are typically 70-72% active.

Beads
Our beads are either multi- or single-ingredient. They are typically 75-85% active. The binder system choice is tailored to be compatible with customer formulations. Our beads are designed for mill mixing or soft compounds mixed in internal mixers. They can replace more expensive polymer bound dispersions. Our beads have an advantage over polymer bound dispersions because our bead products are made at temperatures below 45oC which is far below the temperatures needed to make polymer bound dispersions. Multi-ingredient beads are more easily made than multi-ingredient polymer dispersions.
